Malar Implants to increase Face Number
Posted on April 27th, 2009 No commentsJust finished Malarplasty or what’s known as Cheek Implants in the OR to increase a woman’s Face Number.
What’s Your Number…the palmer code guide to personal transformation:
Your Face Number can be improved by improving the #1 aesthetic feature of the face…the cheeks. That’s correct, I said the Cheeks and not the Eyes, which actually are a distant second when it comes to making the face beautiful.
There are numerous ways to increase the beauty of the cheeks…including Makeup, facial exercises, facial microlipo, soft tissue fillers like Radiesse and Perlane and of course Cheek Implants.
No matter how you get the proper aesthetic shaped cheeks….you should strive to do so as they add up to 75 points to your Face Number out of 100 points possible. Celebrities have learned this and have full, round cheeks when they look their best..like some shots of Halle Berry, Jessica Alba and Angelina Jolie on Pop Eater and Hollywood. If they can…so can you. You just need to learn my secrets.
What’s Your Number and what do you plan to do about it? Learn to be in control of your appearance and your life!

Miss Universe Contestant Body Shape
Posted on April 26th, 2009 No commentsA Miss Universe contestant appeared so skinny and thin that it created a backlash of controversy. I say, it’s about time. I have for several years been blogging and commenting that this disturbing trend toward the ridiculous skinny was Not Attractive…was Not Beautiful but rather a form of Body Dysmorphic Syndrome. These poor people actually believe they look good with their bones showing through the skin that has no fat or normal amounts of muscle. They can’t see themselves as they actually appear. The syndrome can lead to serious health issues, even death and sends the absolute wrong message to our youth.
I am an expert on beauty having created it thousands of times over the past 20 years and have written a recent book that dares to describe beauty…relate it to all life’s daily activities so that you can improve yourself both insdie and out.
I applaud the media backlash on the ridiculously skinny and hope this continues to the various female celebrities that seem to have the same issue. Skin and bones is not beauty…is not attractive..and is dangerous and unhealthy. Like thin lips, it will never be a thing of beauty and may we once and for all lay this to disturbing trend to rest.
